Cisco Adler

Cisco Adler is the man behind some of the most innovative music coming out of the Los Angeles scene. For someone who spent his diaper days playing in the most renowned venue in the city, its no wonder Cisco has an ear for every genre out there. Dad Lou Adler—owner of the Roxy, and legendary producer— passed on his musical genius to Cisco; something he’s proven over and over again in recent years.

Cisco turned heads as the mastermind behind the critically acclaimed debut from Mickey Avalon for which he produced and co-wrote many of the tracks. The album’s unique sound put it on the charts and made Mickey Avalon one of the years most talked about new artists. He’ll be back in the studio in the next few months to produce Avalon’s follow up album.

Lately, Cisco’s been kicking it with his boys Shwayze and DJ Skeet Skeet creating some chill alternative hip-hop. Shwayze’s rhymes, Skeet’s beats and Cisco’s voice on the hooks bring the vibe of Malibu beach to the rest of us. Shwayze's self titled debut hit stores this past summer with two singles - Buzzin' and Corona and Lime - both charting. Their reality show, also called Buzzin', premiered on MTV and chronicled the daily tour and rockstar lifestyle. The boys have been on the road all fall, and are continuing to sell out rooms this winter.

Before jumping behind the boards, Cisco was the front man for the group Whitestarr, whose journey was chronicled on the VH1 reality show “Rock Life.” The group toured alongside rock greats The Pretenders, ZZ Top and Velvet Revolver among others.
